Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zo360 mobile application and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wabima Innovative Concept.

Zo360 provides three integrated services:

• ZoRide: Interstate and inter-city transportation services connecting riders with independent drivers
• ZoMart: E-commerce marketplace connecting buyers with independent vendors
• ZoFood: Food delivery service connecting customers with restaurants and delivery personnel

Zo360 acts as a technology platform facilitating these connections. We do not provide transportation, goods, or food services directly.

Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services for fraudulent purposes
• Manipulate pricing or ratings
• Create fake accounts or use bots

Pricing

Prices are determined based on various factors including distance, time, demand, and service type. You will see the total price before confirming any transaction.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile money, and cash for select services. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Service Fees

Zo360 charges service fees for facilitating transactions. These fees are included in the prices displayed to users.

Cancellations and Refunds

ZoRide: Cancellations made more than 5 minutes after driver acceptance may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for overcharges will be processed within 5-7 business days.

ZoMart: Orders can be cancelled before vendor confirmation. Returns are accepted within 7 days for eligible items in original condition.

ZoFood: Orders cannot be cancelled once restaurant begins preparation. Refunds for wrong or missing items will be processed upon verification.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Zo360 app are owned by Wabima Innovative Concept and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zo360 is not liable for actions of third-party service providers (drivers, vendors, restaurants)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• Non-payment of fees

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian law. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
